Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Ariana Gil Nafarrate — a consultant and coach helping organizations build leaderfull* teams and thriving cultures.
Nearly 20 years ago, I stepped into my first leadership position at a mission-driven nonprofit. It was probably a bigger role than I was ready for, but eager to make an impact I dove into the deep end, and predictably, I floundered. I had a great deal of heart, but hadn’t yet developed the tools or capacities to lead well.
That experience taught me my first lasting lesson: leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about the practice of growth, clarity, and connection.
In the years since, working alongside hundreds of leaders and teams, I learned a second core truth: Culture decides. When values and behaviors align, teams thrive. When they don’t, even the best strategies drift and stall.
Those insights became the foundation for Truing — and the heart of my mission to help leaders turn alignment into momentum and culture into lasting impact.
